Certified Home Health Aides

Per diem, flexible day time and evening hours Monday through Friday, as well as weekend and holiday coverage. Requirements: Nurse Aide certification with home care experience. Excellent customer service skills a must.

Nursing

Registered Nurse/Case Manager

Full-time position working Monday through Friday with occasional weekend coverage, as needed. Also per diem hours available. Requirements:  Current CT RN license  with a minimum of 1 year of med/surg experience. Home health experience preferred.

 

Registered Nurse/Marketing Community Liaison

Full-time position with flexible hours. Requirements: Current CT & MA RN license  required.  BSN preferred.  1 year of community education or marketing experience required, along with excellent customer service.

Registered Nurse, Hospice Care

Per diem, flexible day and evening hours Monday through Friday, as well as weekend and holiday coverage. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of med/surg experience. Home health experience preferred.

Registered Occupational Therapist

Full or part-time day position working flexible hours Monday through Friday. Also per diem hours available. Requirements: Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program. Licensed in CT and MA. Minimum of 2 years experience as an Occupational Therapist. Experience in a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency preferred.
