Requests for Health Information

In an effort to help patients and their families access the information they need, Johnson Memorial Hospital’s Medical Librarian and Education Services Department have established an e-mail address specifically for information requests. If you would like information regarding any health topic, medical condition and/or medication, please e-mail your request to healthinfo@jmhosp.org or call the Medical Librarian at (860) 684-8166. Your request will be thoroughly researched and responded to using the many resources found within JMH’s extensive Medical Library. In addition, you can rest assured that your request will be kept confidential.

Please note that this service is not intended to serve as a substitute for medical care. If you need immediate care or attention, please call your physician or go to the nearest Emergency Department.
